If you’re thinking about buying or selling a home, investment property, condominium or other Real Estate allow “me” to help make it a pleasant (and successful!) experience.
When interviewing local Realtors there should be a number of important things you look for. How current are they with technology, social media and online marketing? Online presence is EVERYTHING in the Real Estate Market. What services can they offer you?
I have lived in the market I serve for nearly two decades and bring well over that in sales and marketing experience to the table. I pride myself on being current with the latest technology and social media. Because Remax is ahead of the curve in terms of marketing area homes for sale, I’ll get your home seen by more potential buyers than anyone else. Remax Central currently has the largest share of listed and sold inventory in our area.
Here’s a little secret of many Realtors… they often don’t communicate well or do anything extra to market a home for sale! They will put a sign on your lawn, add it to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and if you’re lucky, they’ll post it on Facebook. Today, that just won’t cut it.
In addition to the incredible online exposure your home will receive, other things that make me stand out is the use of high quality photographs, detailed “story telling” property descriptions, virtual tours, prominent featuring on the internet as well as literally 100’s of other top real estate websites.
My #1 goals are to either find you the perfect home or to put a SOLD sign on your lawn and as much money in your pocket as possible. However, we also want to make sure you feel that the home buying or selling process was seamless, low stress and pain free.
I welcome the opportunity to discuss why I locate homes for my buyers and how I market the homes I sell to online! How many area Realtors can honestly say that? There are few other Realtors in the market who are providing the level of online exposure through social media integration or SEO (search engine optimization). If selling, your property will be found in all the places that today’s savvy home buyers will be searching for homes for sale, including this site and many other highly indexed websites and social networks. If buying, I can send you customized lists of homes on the market that match your exact criteria.
