Cori did an amazing job assisting us with the purchase of our Matawan, NJ home! She always has a great sense of spirit and an “I’m on it” attitude. Cori helped us buy our house in Marlboro!! We were moving from an hour away and didn't know much about the town. She REALLY listened to our needs and wants. She was honest and told us when we could do better and when we were over our head. She was really looking out for OUR best interests. We got lucky that we found our house only after seeing a few. (She didn't drag us around to show us things there weren't possibilities just for the sake of seeing "stuff"). Our house had just gone on the market Thursday night. It is hard enough to convince a seller here to take a contract conditional upon the sale of a buyers property. Make it a property in New York or New Jersey and you really face an uphill battle. This is not my first sale conditional upon a sale in your area. Even though I am a New Yorker, I usually do not enjoy dealing with the agents up your way.
