Jughandle Brewing Company

Found in the smack middle of a busy shopping place type of location, you might overlook the well-known Jughandle Brewing Company if you get caught up in the lights and shine of pretty things. But if you catch on this gem and move past the crowds, you would be treated delightfully by several choices of IPAs and porters of your choosing. You must take a sip of the Juggernaut Coconut Vanilla Porter as this dark-colored beer has an extraordinary kick that brings the hits of both vanilla and coconut. 

But apart from this, you can also choose from various flights of beers to try. Individual pours are also presented for your liking! Another plus is that the brewery follows an open space layout, allowing you to bask in the backstage action of how the beers are brewed down to the very last step of the mindblowing process. Jughandle is one of the best breweries that you should not miss!

Among the many brand new breweries that are just rising stars in the business area of Monmouth County, Source Brewing is also known for its fancy and elegant feel. This is because the brewery has that familiar cottagecore, farm look to it. You can enjoy different seating locations to choose from, from upstairs to downstairs. You can even spend your time leisurely in its outdoor and rooftop patios, perfect for the summertime blues and beers!

Moving onto the topic of beers, Source Brewing’s taproom offers several amazing selections for you to choose from. These include IPAs, porters, ales, and several more! If you’re a lover of coffee and chocolate, then this is the right place for you. Order the renowned crowd favorite Java & Oats for that subtle, sweet kick of chocolate that mixes well with the taste of coffee and oats. Sounds perfect, right? 

Red Tank Brewing

Where to spot it: 77 Monmouth St, Red Bank, NJ 07701 

Beer to try: Molly Pitcher American Amber

What makes Red Tank Brewing brew-tiful? 

Red Bank is that familiar friendly feeling you will get when it comes to scouring through breweries in Monmouth County. The vibes are so friendly that you would find three branches found close by a mile of one another. Red Tank Brewing is the newest out of all the breweries. They offer IPAs, ales, lagers, and stouts. If you are looking for a drink that you could never find a mistake with, go for the Molly Pitcher American Amber lager. Yep, it’s named after the star hotel in Red Bank! 

For other fantastic options, you can also try getting a taste of their Broad Street stout. While you are enjoying your drink, you would be pampered by a beautiful, spacious interior that allows you to see behind-the-scenes operations of the beautiful brewing process. Apart from this, you can also enjoy your drink out in front, perfect for the summertime busy vibe of Monmouth Street. 

The Whitechapel Projects

Beer to try: Chocolate Coffee Porter

And of course, last but not the least, the Whitechapel Projects is another addition to the list of breweries to watch out for in Monmouth County! For the past few years, it has created its own brand through its large sprawling location that can cater to both indoor and outdoor celebrations. It is also within close proximity of the Pier Village in Long Branch, so if you wanna take a dip in the beach, it’s one of the perfect breweries in Monmouth County. Sand, sun, fun, and beer… Sounds absolutely perfect, right? 

If there is one beer that you should never miss out on, it is The Whitechapel Projects’ chocolate coffee porter. True to its name, it is rich in flavor and offers a strong kick, but the chocolate and coffee taste reigns above all. Apart from this, you can also treat yourself to a large selection of stouts, porters, and IPAs. So why should you choose The Whitechapel Projects? 

Apart from its ideal setting, this brewery also offers what other breweries do not: it also doubles as a restaurant! So you can satisfy your cravings, quench your thirst, and try your favorite brews with more than what’s on the brewery menu.
