The question today is: “What is the average home size in Marlboro Township?” I  get this question a lot, but the answer is not as simple as you may think.

Marlboro is a collection of so many different neighborhoods and all of them have different characteristics.  Would you believe me if I told you there are over 150 neighborhoods in Marlboro and Morganville!  Holy Moly.  I am working on building out specific pages highlighting most of our neighborhoods, so keep an eye out for all that information in the next few months!

So basically the easy answer to a hard question.  There are so many different sizes of houses here.  There is truly a house size for everyone and anyone looking.  It just depends what you are looking for.

Marlboro Township has 5 communities of town houses and condos that you can purchase in.  They are:

  1. Bellemont
  2. Glenbrook
  3. Millponds
  4. Point De Jardin
  5. The Orchards

The is also another huge development called Camelot but those are rentals only.

Don’t be fooled.  Some of these condos and townhouses are over 2,300 sq feet.

Single Family homes.  Well we have plenty of those too.  They come in all shapes, styles and sizes.   The largest home I found so far in Marlboro Township is actually in the Morganville section and comes in at a whopping 11, 786sq feet.  Not to shabby. But not everyone has homes that size here.  If you look at the average size home sold in the past 2 years on marlboro, square footage was at right around 2,889 sq feet.
