Have you had enough of New Jersey and are thinking of moving to Florida?

Hey everyone it’s me again. Your happy pappy realtor right here in beautiful Monmouth County, New Jersey. You know Monmouth County really is beautiful. Just not when it’s covered in a gazillion feet of snow. Has 2020 and 2021, The Sequel, got you thinking, “Maybe it’s time you want to pack up all your crap and make a move out of jersey”. I get it. I’ve had these thoughts too. But you know what? where are you gonna go?

Snow on the ground

Just another day in paradise. Welcome back everybody, to beautiful New Jersey. Today it is above 32 degrees and that is reason enough to celebrate. So much of this country is enjoying, eating and drinking and life outdoors. Why should we be any different here in Jersey? What’s a little snow? I have everything I need. My snacks, my wine, my beach chair. for example. She is living her best life every day. Who’s Michele you may ask? I’ll tell you who that is. That’s the person you need to know if you’re thinking of making a move to sunny south Florida. Good grief. Does she know what it’s like to sit in a beach chair in the snow, just to have a cocktail? GOD NO. She is out there every day enjoying life.

OKAY OKAY. I’m freaking lying. I’m miserable. I’ve had enough. I’M DONE. So many people out there are living their best lives. let’s take Michele Bellisari, So this week I’m going to close my eyes. I’m going to board a plane and let’s head down to the good life, in south Florida.

Hey everyone. It’s Michele Bellisari with #soooboca lifestyle. And today I am here in beautiful Boca Raton at the pavilion beach at the end of Palmetto Park road. I’ve been coming here since high school and so has my family. And we love it. Truly I love everything about Boca Raton

AMAZING BEACHES

One of the things that’s cool about Boca Raton , is that we have amazing beaches here. We have Red Rig park, we have South Inland Park which is managed to know by the county. And we have Spanish River Park. The other nice thing about this particular beach is that the proximity to restaurants. You can walk to them. You can walk over the bridge. You can even hit downtown Boca and go to Mizner Park. So this is one of the number one reasons I love my town and so will you. So here’s another reason that you might want to consider moving to Boca Raton.

PROXIMITY TO THE BAHAMAS

Well besides the beaches, did you know we’re pretty close to the Bahamas. Bimini is like a 30-minute flight. And it’s so much fun to go there on the weekend. You can either charter a flight if you want to get all fancy. Because we have this great airport right in Boca Raton and there’s a customs facility. Or you can fly out of Ft Lauderdale or Palm Beach International airport.

OVERALL LOCATION OF BOCA RATON

Now the other cool thing about Boca Raton is that we’re not that far from Miami. We’re certainly not far from Ft Lauderdale and we’re a hop skipping a jump up to Palm Beach. So if you want to go shopping on North Avenue or you want to take in a Heat game at some point. You’ll be able to do that right from Boca Raton. So keep in mind, that’s another reason that you might want to consider moving TO beautiful Boca Raton.

THE INTERCOASTAL

Okay, so I’m at one of my favorite places. I’ve been coming here since high school. So can you see a theme? I’m at Red Reef Park. Back in the day, we called it Red Rock. And what’s nice is this is one of our beachfront parks. And across the street from the beach, they actually have a park here with a pavilion. You can barbecue. But what’s really cool is, check out the intercoastal behind me. Yeah you can get your boat 365 days a year. For the most part and the inlet is not that far from anywhere in Boca, which is really really nice. One of the really nice things about this particular park is it’s close to the golf course too, and that’s right on the beach, which is kind of cool. So if you’re thinking that you want to make a move here this is just another reason to come to Boca Raton. Beaches that I love and parks that I enjoy.

MIZNER PARK

Okay, so here’s another reason to move to Boca Raton. Mizner Park. It is one of my favorite places to bring my friends and family any time of the year. We love it here. The food, the events, the activities, the shopping. It’s such a great place to gather and have a great time. And you know, I remember when this was the old Boca mall. That’s how long I’ve been in Boca. So what’s really cool is that this is right in the downtown area. There’s a lot to do in our downtown and you’re very close to the beaches. This is very centrally located by the way, and a lot to do. By the way we have an IPIC theater in here and we’re having some resurgence of some different stores that are coming in. So if you are thinking of moving to Boca Raton, this is just another reason why. Mizner Park. Did you know we have a lot of art happening in Boca Raton. Right behind me is the Boca Raton Museum of Art. It is fantastic. They have very curated shows and I absolutely love going there. They also have an art school over on palmetto park road. But we have a lot of galleries and art events that happen here. One of the things that you can find on #soooboca is a list of galleries all throughout Boca Raton, Delray, The Palm Beaches and beyond that you might want to discover if you live in Boca Raton.

THE WEATHER

Another reason to move to Boca Raton is the weather. We have ideal weather throughout the year. I mean look at it. It’s February right now the weather typically is like 76 degrees to about 91′ in the summer and then drops back down in the fall which is awesome, and let’s face it outdoor living all year long, gotta love it. You can barbecue. You can go outside. You can have fun and you don’t have to deal with snow, sleet, or ice. So just another reason to move to beautiful Boca Raton.

HOUSING OPTIONS

One of the things I love about living in Boca and so will you, there’s a variety of housing that we do have here from beach condos to intercoastal living, to the downtown lifestyle, single-family home communities golf communities, you name it there are even beautiful luxury apartments here in Boca Raton so that’s another reason you want to consider moving here.

So if you’re thinking of moving to Boca Raton here’s what’s going on with the market everybody’s asking me how’s the real estate market. I’m like it’s on fire it is hot it is busy and we are dealing with multiple offers no I mean really low inventory and historically low interest rates now with that being said there’s a property out there but if you see something that you love you’re going to have to grab it and you’re going to have to be really really aggressive with whatever offer you’re going to be putting in there with that being said the inventory is not quite as low with condos and townhomes. So if you’re thinking of moving to Boca Raton, check in with me I’ll give you the skinny on what’s going on and how the market is and I’d love to help you out. #soooboca is ready to roll if you’re looking for a new abode .
Thank you so much for joining me this week everybody it has been quite an adventure to see what life is like in beautiful Boca Raton Florida if you’re thinking of making a move because you’ve just had enough you’re done with Jersey you’re done with the weather reach out to me I’ll put you right in touch with Michele. I can promise you this nobody knows south Florida and the Boca Raton area like Michele does.

Thanks again for joining me I will see you all next Monday when we head to another part of this country, that many people from New Jersey are choosing to relocate to. But seriously, how much would you LOVE to be in Boca Raton right now?
