From My house to Yours………………

Week after week and month after month I like to talk to all of you about Real Estate, Marlboro Township, and How I can help you Make Monmouth County Your Home. But today, there’s no real estate talk! Whew! I know it can get a tad bit boring!
Instead, I wanted to take a moment to simply wish all of you out there a Very Happy Holiday Season and a Happy and Healthy New Year. With only a few days left in December 2022, I can’t believe it, I’m going to be taking a few days to spend some time with family and friends. Of course, for those clients that I am knee-deep in the process of buying or selling a home, I am here for them and we will continue to talk a million times a day! And if you are a buyer out there and it just so happens that the house of your dreams hits the market the next few days, of course, call me. We can grab some cocoa, sing some carols together, and head out and view the home.
But most likely the real estate market will slow down just a bit in the next few days before the craziness of 2023 begins. So while many of you are out there doing last-minute shopping, I’ll be sitting in my cozy pj’s on the couch, by the fire watching Hallmark Christmas Movies and simply spending time with my boys! I can’t believe I actually get a few days where the Dunphy boys will be home under one roof. Max is home from College after finishing his first semester at VCU, Jake is flying through High School and is already a sophomore, Sean will have some time off to spend with us because schools are closed and Sadie Mae will most likely nap the days away as we await the New Year!
So please enjoy the time you all get with your loved ones, whether it’s a day, a few days or a few weeks! It’s been a crazy whirlwind of a few years. I hope this video message finds all of you out there happy and healthy!
