The location of Greenbriar in Marlboro is fabulous. It’s about 30 minutes from the Jersey Shore and an hour South of Manhattan. The community offers its residents many amenities such as a clubhouse and outdoor sports courts. There is shuffleboard, horseshoes, and a lovely walking trail around the lake. There are social groups and different clubs. Please note, Greenbriar at Marlboro is an age-restricted community that requires at least one occupant to be 55 or older and no one under the age of 19 may permanently reside in the community.

Greenbriar at Marlboro is an adult community for ages 55+. There are so many amenities offered through the clubhouse, Greenbriar residents will find so many ways to stay busy and spend time with friends. The community offers local trips, movie nights, and even has a singles group. They have tennis courts, and shuffleboard, horseshoes, and even offer Zumba classes and water aerobics. Greenbriar offers a book club for art classes and a knitting club. There is a full-time activities director who is also on hand to help residents all the time!

Greenbriar at Marlboro is located in beautiful Monmouth County, New Jersey. It’s a central l location which makes it very convenient access to major highways, such as Route 9, Route 520, The Garden State Parkway, and more. Travel is very easy to get into the city, or “Down the Shore” The residents of Greenbriar also have easy access to shopping centers, movie theaters, and fantastic local restaurants. Within a few minutes, you can be at The Freehold Mall or even the Jersey Shore Premium Outlets. There is no shortage of shopping within minutes of Greenbriar.

Greenbriar offers so many wonderful amenities for active adults. There is a clubhouse that includes an aerobics studio and fitness center. community’s many social and Residents can spend time playing billiards, or cards. If someone is looking just to relax they can grab a book and steal some quiet time in the library. There is a very large ballroom where many parties and events are hosted!
