With more than 21 years in real estate, I know the questions to ask, the things to look for, and when something deserves a closer look. I’ll give you my opinion, point out things you may not have noticed, and help you understand what you’re buying before you make a decision.

And I’m never going to talk you into a house just to make a sale. If I think something isn’t right, I’ll tell you. Sometimes the best house we see is the one we decide not to buy.
